What are VIP Points and how do I earn them?

VIP points are given to you as a reward for playing at the cash game tables or tournaments. You earn 0.1 VIP points per cent of rake you contribute, or 10 VIP points per $1 dollar. To learn more about rake check out our VIP Points page.

How can I use my VIP points?

You can use your VIP Points in the following ways:

1. Gain cash back- you get cash back as you play real money games.
2. Buy into tournaments - you can do this directly at the tournament lobby registration when you buy in to the tournament.
3. You can exchange your points for cash in your cashier/points

What will happen to my old Comp Points?

The old comp points system will no longer be in active. They can still be used to buy coupons in your player admin so you can enter tournaments. There will be lots of tournaments for you to buy into comp point events during the change over period. Upon that date they will be removed from the system.

How much is a VIP point worth?

Where can I purchase items with my points?

You can purchase store items in the merchandise store, and other items like coupons and cash exchanges can be done through your player admin.

If I earn enough points, will I automatically go up to the next VIP Class level?

Yes. The system automatically changes your VIP Class depending on the level of points you earn. We must stress that you only increase your VIP Class through the points you earn at the tables, not through winning VIP Points in tournaments. You can see your VIP class level in the client in the top right of the screen. You can also see your level in your player admin.

Do my points decay?

No, at this time your VIP points will not decay. We reserve the right to change that in future updates however.

Do VIP points count towards me clearing bonuses?

Yes in the same way as the old comp points were. Please check each individual bonus for its unique terms and conditions.

Am I able to get bonuses on the VIP program?

Yes you will be eligible for bonuses on the VIP program. You will clear off the bonuses in the usual fashion. Please check each individual bonus for its unique terms and conditions.

What happens to my level and points if I don't log in?

At this time, there are no repercussions if you do not log in to play. We reserve the right to change that in future updates however.

Will there be changes to the VIP rewards?

Yes. On occasion we will update the program to give you, the player, the best possible experience playing at Spin32 Poker. All changes will be published here on the website or on our forum.

Can I transfer points to another player?

No. Points cannot be transferred to other players.

How do I check my VIP points balance and status?

You can check you point's balance and your status in the player admin section. Here you will see how many points you currently have, any specific benefits to your level and any other relevant information.

How can I exchange points for cash?

Visit the cashier in the poker software, and click the points tab. There is a section where you will be able to exchange your points for cash. Please check your Spin32 VIP Class to ensure you meet the criteria and limits needed to exchange points for cash.

Where did the freerolls go?

We have changed the structure of the freerolls and changed them all to Guaranteed tournaments. This means you can use your points to buy into to all tournaments and stand a better chance of winning bigger prize pools than ever before. It also allows you to use the points to play in any tournament you wish, including SnG's with your earned points.

I have tournament entry coupons for tournaments that don't exist anymore what do I do?

We have automatically exchanged any coupons and tournament eligibilities you may have earned for new VIP points. These are in your account and will be active for you to spend as you wish.

- If you held a $50k Freeroll Coupon we have awarded you 1,000 VIP points
- If you held a $10k Freeroll Coupon we have awarded you 500 VIP Points
- If you held a $2k Freeroll Coupon we have awarded you 200 VIP Points
- If you held a $1k Freeroll Coupon we have awarded you 100 VIP Points

Can I swap my comp points for VIP Points?

Sorry but unfortunately there is no way for you to exchange Comp points for new VIP points.
